These terms apply when you browse or buy from urlanova.com, run by Urlanova. By placing an order you agree to them.
Personalized orders
- Each crystal is made to order with the photo and text you provide. Please check spelling, names and dates before you order, because we engrave exactly what you send.
- You confirm you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that it does not contain illegal, hateful or explicit content. We may refuse an order that breaks this rule and give you a full refund.
- We check every photo. If we think a photo will not engrave well, we will contact you before production.
- Engraved crystals show photos in white-on-clear 3D detail, not in color. Small differences from the screen preview are normal.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If a price is listed in error, we will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Production and delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns and damage
Because every item is personalized, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or with an engraving error, we will replace it or refund you. See our Returns & Refunds page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
