Because every crystal is personalized with your photo, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or defective items: If your crystal arrives damaged or with an engraving defect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Order changes: You can change or cancel your order before it goes into production. Contact us as soon as possible.
