Urlanova ("we", "us") runs urlanova.com. This policy explains, in plain words, what information we collect when you shop with us and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number and shipping and billing address.
- Your photos and text: the photo, names, dates or message you upload so we can engrave your crystal.
- Payment: payments are handled by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website use: basic device and browsing information collected through cookies, such as pages viewed and items added to cart.
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order, including sending your photo and shipping address to our US production partner.
- To email you about your order, for example a photo check or tracking number.
- To send marketing emails only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
Your photos
We use your photos only to make your order. We do not sell them, share them publicly or use them in our marketing without asking you first. We delete order photos after your order is delivered and any replacement window has passed.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the store: Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, our production partner and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents and residents of other US states with privacy laws have these rights too, and we will not treat you differently for using them. You can also opt out of data sharing for targeted ads on our Your Privacy Choices page.
Children
Our store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
