What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where faces look at the camera. Avoid blurry, dark or very small images. We check every photo before engraving and will email you if it may not come out well.
How do I add my photo?
Upload it on the product page before adding to cart. You can also add an optional name, date or short message.
How long does it take?
Each crystal is made to order in 5–7 business days, then shipped within the US. Order early for Christmas delivery.
Is the LED base included?
Yes, every crystal comes with an LED light base.
What if it arrives broken?
Email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement.
